Our curriculum includes the leadership development and practice techniques designed by DPLC providing perspectives from scholars, practitioners, and researchers of leadership and technology. The etiquette, protocol, and dining material is developed by the Protocol School of Washington, the leading etiquette and protocol services.

YOUNG LEADERS CLASS (Age 8-12)

“We will have fun with engaging exercises filled with basic life skills for success”

Young leaders are at their most precious age to learn the rules of etiquette, how to be polite, and build character to bring forth their talents. They are the driving force in their skill-building process, which means they can control their development by learning soft skills. As they move toward middle school age, their communication and leadership skills are important to make new friends, engage in teamwork, enhancing their comprehension and motivation skills.

DPLC training classes for young leaders are approximately 1 - 3 ½ hours w/ lunch*, and they are crafted for children in elementary and middle school. Classes can be held virtually, or at schools, libraries, community centers, restaurants, or conference rooms at any convenient date and time.

The minimum class size will be 5 -no more than 8, as it allows each student to speak with confidence, and to be focused. Group rates are available and can be discussed. Each student will receive a certificate of completion, a three-course tutorial meal (if, requested)*, and an illustrated workbook for future reference.

FUTURE LEADERS CLASS (Age 13-17)

“Training classes are professionally designed to teach a variety of tools that teenagers can use to enhance their first impression and courtesy”

Learning etiquette and leadership behaviors for future leaders extends further than just dressing for success and shaking a person’s hand. Engaging in these lessons can help with networking, communication, protocols, and building relationships. From attending school functions, socializing over a meal, going on their first interview, rules of etiquette, dining, and leadership skills are a necessity as society changes over time. It is never too late to enhance skills.

DPLC training classes for future leaders are approximately 1 - 3 ½ hours w/ lunch or dinner*, and they are crafted for teenagers in middle school and high school. They can be held virtually, or at schools, libraries, community centers, restaurants, or conference rooms at any convenient, date and time.

STUDENT LEADERS CLASS (College & University)

“Freshman through Seniors, fraternity and sorority members, business students and graduates will be taught communication skills and first impression viewpoints”

Did you know that handshaking was a form of communication? College and University students will be educated with a curriculum that will be suitable for interacting effectively in any social and business environment whether it is face-to-face or virtually. Research showed that from 65 to 85 percent of jobs are now found due to networking. At this time of their lives, they will be getting prepared for dream careers, networking, building relationships, and being invited to powerful business opportunities over a meal.  

DPLC's customized training programs are to fit all levels of the student body that include the benefits of etiquette and protocols, leadership methods, dining, and social awareness including image tips, and interviewing techniques. Sessions are held ½ day or one full day. The sessions requested can be held virtually, or at schools, libraries, social centers, restaurants, or conference rooms at any convenient time, location, and date. 

COLLEGE

What college/university students will learn:

BUSINESSES & ADULT/CAREER PROFESSIONALS CLASS

It is important to present yourselves as a high performer exemplifying your skills and knowledge through the advancements of information communication and technology. Why is it important? Leaders should be influential and able to communicate frequently through various channels so they can be competitive in promotions, networking, interviewing, and meeting business goals for company growth as well as accomplishing personal goals. The leadership methods shared with businesses will be tailored for strengthening business goals and relationships, increase customer presence, increase sales/revenue, adhere to your customers’ needs, and solidify etiquette and protocol skills. Career professionals will experience and offered life skills and resources that can build  your presentation to outclass your competition. 

Depending on the need of our clients, training classes are a ½ day or full day and can be held virtually, or at schools, libraries, social centers, conference rooms, or restaurants. All sessions requested are customized at any convenient location, date, and time.

ADULT

What businesses and adult/career professionals can learn:

*All classes are customized per the client’s needs. The minimum class size will be 10 -no more than 24. Group rates are available and can be discussed.
