Refund and Cancellation Policy

The below policies apply to all DenShir Protocol and Leadership Consulting (DPLC) training programs unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. We ask that you please read all individual event information and correspondence thoroughly.

DPLC Training Session Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

  • DPLC reserves the right to cancel training programs/events if there is low attendance or urgent circumstances that would cause the event to be non-viable. 

 

  • If the event due to unforeseen circumstances is postponed, DPLC has the right to issue a full refund or reschedule at the client’s request for a future date. 

 

  • A full refund will be issued in case of a technical error such as double charging or any other cases where DenShir Protocol Consulting is responsible.

 

  • Refunds will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment or via Bank Transfer or Check where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment.

DPLC Training Session Refund/Cancellation by Participant

  • DPLC asks all clients who cancel their scheduled event, must cancel in writing only and must be received by the cancellation deadline.

  • The deadline to receive a refund (minus a $25 service fee) after registration is 7 - 10 business days before the training session is held.

 

  • Refunds will not be granted for any individual who does not attend a scheduled event as there is a change for each attendee. 

 

  • The name of the attendee or group must be included in all refund requests.

 

  • Cancellations with no communication received after the refund deadline will be not eligible for a refund.

 

  • Refunds will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment or via Bank Transfer or Check where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment.
